·How can I get a sample to check your quality?

After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. Normally It takes 3-15 days to make a sample especially the samples are tailor made. 0.5M2 samples is free. The clients need to cover the freight cost.

·How can I pay the sample fee and freight cost?

You can pay to Paypal or by Western Union. If you are not satisfied with the freight cost you can pay collect.

·Can you Design for us?

Yes, We have a professional team in flooring design and manufacturing. Just tell us ideas and we will help to carry out your idea into the design. We will send you samples for confirmation.

·How long can I expect to get the sample.

Normally it takes 3-15 days to finish the samples. The sample delivery time from 3-5 work days depends on the express company you choose.

Honestly, It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The normal delivery time is around 25-45 days.
